Introducing my Milton Abbas Thatched Cottages. This project is the most popular with visitors and locals as each tiny pen and watercolour painting depicts the historic and architecturally unique street of thatched cottages built in the 1770s. This charming main street consists of 36 almost identical cottages, built using cob, each originally designed to house two families who worked for Lord Milton making it a must-see for history and architecture enthusiasts alike.
